Artisan Jijona nougat with a creamy texture and intense flavor thanks to its carefully selected ingredients. Nougat with "Rilsan" presentation (named for being one of the first vacuum preservation techniques for nougat known from the 20th century, due to the packaging used and on the traditional wooden support). Made with Selected Almonds (70%) and Honey from Spanish farmers.
